Dr. Richard J. Lee
Ashley
Ashley has recently relocated from Colorado to Northern Virginia. She is the first smile to greet you when walking into the office. Ashley enjoys doing things outside, such as hiking and going to the beach in her free time. She also likes to spend her time traveling somewhere new or relaxing at home, crocheting a new blanket.
Courtney
Courtney is one of our Certified Expanded Functions Orthodontic Assistants. She loves being a part of our awesome team and giving our patients the smiles they deserve. Outside the office, she loves traveling to the beach with her husband.
Lauren
Lauren is our Treatment Coordinator, and she will be the person to walk you through the entire orthodontic journey from start to finish. She was born and raised in Southern MD. In her spare time, she enjoys cruising on the boat, soaking up the sun, and spending time with her family and friends. During high school, she needed orthodontic treatment, and now she gets to see others’ lives change in a positive way.
Celeste
Celeste will be the first to greet you when you arrive for your appointment and ensure you are prepared for your visit. She has grown up all over the country, eventually settling in Southern MD. In her free time, you can find her spending time with her husband and kids or reading a book. As a younger child, she needed extensive orthodontic care. She enjoys seeing people’s lives change one at a time.
Robin
Robin has worked in different specialties in the dental field for approximately 13 years. As a Dental Assistant, she tackles different roles around the office. She was born and raised in St. Mary’s County and has lived here her whole life. What she enjoys most about orthodontics is letting patients pick colors and spending time educating them on how to take care of their smiles while in treatment.
Adriana
Adriana has proudly worked as a Certified Expanded Functions Orthodontic Assistant for over 20 years. She was born in Mexico and speaks fluent Spanish. She enjoys spending time with her husband of 13 years and her 2-year-old daughter. Before helping create beautiful smiles, she was a professional makeup artist for 8 years. Halloween is her favorite holiday, and she loves creating Special FX looks on herself. Some of Adriana’s favorite things are The Nightmare Before Christmas, Harry Potter, Disney movies, playing video games, and camping during the fall.
