Dr. Richard J. Lee
ASHLEY
Ashley has recently relocated to Northern Virginia from Colorado. She is the first smile to greet you when walking into the office. Ashley enjoys doing things outside such as hiking and going to the beach in her free time. She also likes to spend her time traveling somewhere new or relaxing at home, crocheting a new blanket.
Courtney
Courtney is one of our Certified Expanded Functions Orthodontic Assistants. She loves being a part of our awesome team and giving our patients smiles that they deserve. Outside of the office, she loves to travel to the beach with her husband.
Jillian
Jillian is the Clinical Lead of our office with over 8 years of experience as a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. Jillian takes great pride in getting to know her patients and always provides the best in patient care. When she’s not helping create beautiful smiles, she enjoys traveling, riding her motorcycle, and spending quality time with her husband and two pups.
Katie
Katie joined our office just over a year ago bringing ten years of dental/orthodontic front office experience to the team. She truly enjoys getting to know our patients and families, while watching their smiles transition. When she is not at the office, you can find her spending time with her boyfriend and their three girls going to sporting events, the beach, or anything outdoors.
OLIVIA
Olivia recently joined our team in creating new smiles. She was born and raised in Northern Virginia. When Olivia is not fixing broken brackets and adjusting braces, she likes to spend her time baking yummy treats. Olivia can be found every Thursday night roller skating with her sister. Currently, Olivia is furthering her education in orthodontic assisting, and she is also X-ray certified.
SHELBY
Shelby, born and raised in southern Maryland, became our newest front desk coordinator after ten years of assisting in general dentistry. She enjoys creating relationships with patients and watching their smiles grow. When Shelby is out of the office, she is either fishing or tending to her little farm with her husband and two kids.
